FAQ's
Q: Do you offer Meet and Greet service?
A: Yes we do! We offer this service at both DFW and Dallas Love Field airports. This service allows the chauffeur to meet the passenger inside at baggage claim with a sign with their name on it. This service is just an extra $10.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are available for rides Monday through Saturday Nights. You can contact us anytime to make a reservation or to speak with one of our representatives through email, text or phone call. Although our offices are closed after normal business hours, we can still set reservations for you.
Q: Will I know the driver’s information ahead of time?
A: Yes, when the chauffeur is assigned for your reservation, you will receive an text message with their name, photo, number, make, model, and license plate of the vehicle. You may also receive this information via email if you prefer.
Q: Can we have alcohol in the vehicles?
A: Absolutely! You may bring any beverages or snacks you desire. We do have a strict NO UNDERAGE DRINKING policy, and if our chauffeur sees it or smells it they may terminate the ride. If there is no one over the age of 21, alcohol will not be allowed to be brought in the vehicle.
Q: What is your policy for gratuity?
A: We add a 20% gratuity on all reservations for Limos, Vans, and Buses. Similar to dining out with a large party. If you would like to give the driver more, then you are more than welcome to. The entire 20% will go towards your driver. We want to make the trip a smooth as possible for our guests. This way its not something you are having to do at the end of your trip.
Q: Do you provide vehicles that are wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, we have access to vehicles that are equipped to handle individuals with mobility challenges.
Q: Are your chauffeurs drug tested and background checked?
A: Absolutely! We have a strict drug free policy. All of our drivers are drug tested upon hire and randomly tested as well. We also pull annual motor vehicle records. We have a zero-tolerance policy for intoxicating substances. All drivers must have their City of Dallas Transportation For Hire Permit, which requires a background check to obtain. We also do our own to keep on file.
Q: I want to file a complaint against Ryde Limo, is there a regulated authority I can submit?
A: In the extremely unlikely event that you have an issue with us, please give us a call 24/7, and speak to one of our supervisors, and let us resolve any problem you may have. If you are still not satisfied, you can report complaints to the City of Dallas at 214-670-3161 or by dialing 311.
